You think Jesse Jackson holds analogous stature to Jerry Falwell or Pat Robertson? I don't think so. Seems more mainstream demo to me, and the only time we hear about him is during national campaigns. I don't know, maybe there was an organized effort for example, in NC when Harvey Gant was running against Jesse Helms.
