But... he didn't offer a conclusion, though you imply he did. He offered to readers who may not know better a statement purporting to be fact. Which was not factual. And since, he has merely equivocated, with your assistance. (Well, he's done that cluck thing, too. But mainly he's equivocated.) I think it made him feel good to write those words, and to see them there on the page. And it made you feel good, too. And that's all it was about. It was about brees, and you, and yours, and not about X at all.
