You can blame Davis all you like but you're 100% wrong. Just stick your head back in the sand and keep thinking the Energy Cartel are all nice guys treating consumers fairly. You are the problem with America right now. And the reason that our surplus will be all gone into the pockets of Big Energy and the very rich within a few years time. And answer my question what you would have done as government during the heat of the gougings. No win situation and you know it. Bush-Cheney and the entire Energy Cartel vs. California with regulators looking the other way. Bush-Cheney urging 1900 new power plants and using Calif to try and scare Americans into believing their BS. And who gets the money for the 1900 new power plants we don't need? Their own best friends including Halliburton. Nice guys.
