Bush's tax cut is now deficit spending. More goes to the richest 400 families than the poorest 40 million Americans. Isn't it grand to start putting caps on gov't spending. So whats your point. The 400 families this year will get appx. $240,000 combined and the 40 million americans who don't pay income taxes don't get back anything since they never paid in. If you want them to get something you need to set up another social program. Have your buddy Gray join the Peace Corps and help them out.
