W wanted to stop the flow of information during his administration. If information kept flowing , people would figure out that he never really did win the election, that he wasn't a moderate and that he only cared about his campaign contributors. Some of us figured him out inspite of the information slowdown! LOL Apparently about 84% of Europeans view CLinton as favorable to Bush......no kidding.......boy do I wish for the good old days when CLinton was being impeached. Clinton did a better job as President even with both hands tied behind his back and a blindfold on.
