hi mama bear,

So I take it you consider Tony's going to prison for several months, then having a probationary period afterwards for committing and being convicted of a felony a minor affair?

Can you elaborate on where you draw the line?

P.S. Do you think that Tony should be careful about his behavior during his probationary period or do you think that probation is just some imaginary concept that the government dreamed up as a way to persecute him?

edit- you also asked what the stock was and what happened to it.

Here's some insight for you, no charge.
It doesn't matter.
The stock and people involved could be the biggest scams on the planet. That doesn't give tony or anyone else the right to commit acts that are against the rules. Believe me it's how things work. They break the rules, they get in trouble. You break the rules, you get n trouble. There's no such thing as "well they did it, so I can do it" rule that I know of in the legal system.
