You folks are amazing.. It's all about money and greed.. Two important ingredients for "making it" on this thread.. The news on Elgindy is hardly old.. There IS some old news, but there's a TON of new stuff, and it keeps pouring in.. You empathize and have pity, cause he's the one handing you the golden nuggets.. Without him, most of you are average traders lost in the forest like the rest..

If new, the basis upon which the complaint has been lodged appears to be a major mistake on two fronts: first, on the part of whatever entity it was that made the complaint...and second by virtue of having made it through the administrative chain of the NASDR. Why? Because as he has stated a few times, Tony is no longer a registered person, and hasn't been for some time. For that reason, the NASDR has no more jurisdiction over him since the date he hung up his licensure than any other public customer. LP.
