Star test is the California achievement test- it covers all the "standards" that children should know. And yes. Sadly he will absolutely have to do homework this coming year. He may not be able to do all of it, but we'll make an effort. I have told him we will pay him, which softened the blow. He will be continuing his physical therapy, his eye patching and his clarinet practice- so he won't have a lot of time left. But I think we will see even more improvement. I've seen a lot of development over the summer. Edit- I am off to take my kids swimming. We go at night to avoid skin cancer. Have fun.
