Sheesh, Poet. And all I had ever heard about her was the tongue piercing. Shame on you, you ungrateful thing. <g>

Seriously, how wonderful for both of you. What's next for her>

That is so wonderful.
What a great post to come back and read.
What a wonderful girl. Make sure you print that loving post out, and give it to her.

Your daughter is as persistent as her mother, I see! Sounds like she is well on her way to becoming quite an accomplished young woman, despite the difficulties. Congratulations to both of you.

This was the most beautiful post, Po. X is right- print it out and keep it- maybe not right now but your daughter will appreciate it so much at some point. And since there are still some challenging years ahead- as I am just finding out-- YOU will want to read it again.

I am off to start packing-- we got back yesterday from a short vacation and leave again tomorrow for USC- I have successfully avoided the reality of this day all summer, and this morning I woke up immensely sad. I want to rewind. I want it all back.
I also want someone else to do the laundry.
But no one is appearing.
