Hi Peter, I'm waiting for the other banks to tighten credit to consumers as well I just renewed my mortgage he-he @ 5.6%. The first mortgage on my first home (at the start of the real estate bubble in the GTA) was at 10.5% and went up from there LOL. Let them tighten now. I've got lots of equity, no other debt to speak of, and my home should be paid in a few years. Now if I could just get POG to comply I'll be a happy camper. If Bob's 3-4 bagger predictions from a while back for K.TO come through I'll be a real happy camper, along with a few others on this thread I imagine. regards Peter Edit: Gees I'm Tired That's Kastel of Course Kastel
