Only Sellers Lose, I never Sell, I never Lose, I never short anyway, I just BUY, BUY MORE, and then BUY EVEN MORE. I would not do this if PALM did not have market domination, and a solid product that more and more people will buy in the future that is being contructed around the functionality of PALM pda handheld wireless devices. This is not your Broker's overhyped junk dot com or internet or upstart tech, it has #1 in almost every metric. Just as ORCL is the #1 software house, just as MSFT is still the #1 operating system, although Linux and Apache is the #1 network operating system, and just as AOL is #1, or CSCO is #1 in its space, or EMC is #1 in SAN and NTAP is #1 in NAS storage, or just as Dieter will prove that Chrysler can learn a little from those tight and precise Germans it will no doubt after reading the Ford news emerge as #1. There is nothing wrong with investing in #1 companies. It is when you do something different than that, then you had better worry, and maybe considering shorting or selling to cut losses on risky #3, #7, #10 or numberless mind numbing non-earnings, no business plan no business profit model dot com bombs of which there were many. However, had Greenspan not pulled the plu nd indiced the 2nd Greenspan recession, many of those 600 dot com internets that have gone down for the count could have supplied us with some very valuable ideas that would have built the future sooner and maybe different perhaps better than it will be built, now on a 5 year delayed scheduled, but built nonetheless. And so I buy these FUTURE HIGHTECH GROWTH COMPANIES especially is they are Number ONE #1 in their marketspace, like PALM, NTAP and many of the rest I mentioned above and others. I will continue to buy them all the way through and beyond the recovery. What is wrong with that? I like making money more than being down, but you only lose if you sell, or if the company you bought goes bankrupt. So far I am not losing, just BUYING to WIN BIGGER FUTURE PROFITS (Capital Gains). Ultimately everyone, even short sellers, have to BUY to PLAY, and I PLAY TO WIN, so I BUY.
I am,
Truly your$,
