"It was about him helping people to learn to trade. No one makes me money, or loses money for me. I do that myself. Traders make their own choices and decisions."

That's something poor little Joe doesn't understand. He thinks that we're making money by manipulating the market. He stated that it doesn't matter that the issue in his post of the NASD complaint was a series of very accurate PR's concerning LOCK. The "violation" here was that Tony neglected to state that he was a market maker with a proprietary position. Yet somehow it doesn't matter that the facts presented in those PR's were shown to be dead on in the fullness of time. It's also interesting to note that the SEC filed a cease and desist order against the principles of LOCK for issuing untrue PR's which were designed to inflate the price and cause the gullible to buy at those inflated prices.

The benefit of hindsight shows that those PR's that Tony published about LOCK were true. We see that the PR's published by the company were fabricated of whole cloth. But of course the details don't matter. The NASD has alleged that Tony's PRs were manipulative and that's enough, so throw away the key.
