Sure the news looks like it leaked. But the signs have been there for so long, that damned collar, the first note by CSFB, etc.

So is this an overreaction to the news? perhaps. Maybe some are selling too late. It may even get a bounce... but then it will start the long slide to zero. Oh how painful that news is.

Morgan, where did you see insiders selling after the stock been beatened up? The last time I saw insiders selling was the Winnick collar and Walsh sales. Was there more selling after this?
