Oversold. Look at NOK now. All techs. Oil and gas too. Stocks in general almost all oversold. Either short-side traders are the only ones playing right now or too many people have been burnt so they've waiting for someone else to buy first before they consider doing so. Even though in the stocks I follow al the worst news was priced in long ago. DELL losing 100 million was not good but an over-reaction here. I know, so what? There is no rational clarity now anymore than there was during the most exhuberant rallies. The market does what it does and today is tanks. One thing though, this is setting up for a monster recovery rally at some point soon. Maybe very soon. I would say the techs especially are at the bottom of their ranging range. NOK at 17. Wow.
