I saw that when I was up in Penn for the wedding on Aug. 4, Lurie blamed it on the city and the Phillies dragging their feet when the stadium could have been built for around 350 million.

well i now see MSFT news caused that cliff at 10am---and that IS a big deal.MSFT has been wanting to delay that remedy hearing so they could get away with bundling everything smaller than the MSFT version of the Atlantic Ocean into the XP---i am very glad to hear this news.Max
