You know the market is toast when it can't rally into the Fed. Now that nobody believes in "The Fed will save us" mantra, they have to save themselves and SELL.

No the comments at the end of the meeting are more important. I think on a relative basis the stock market is lagging.

IMHO the worst is over and the market failed to anticipate it. In April 2000 the market did not anticipate the slowdown. The oil prices were purposely inflated now even with unrest in the ME oil barrely moves.

In the tech area .....all those buying in the anticipation of Y2K need new equipment. Cell phones have also a limited life of 3 to 5 years. Europe is stabilizing IMHO. It will take a few months to see the results.
