My logic goes like this...(may not be logical at all)..<g>
Amat's 12-months low of $35 was made almost 12 months ago and the Apr. low of around $37...So I think that we have to respect the market point of view of support.

Fundamentally speaking, I think that Amat's fair value is $25(such as $10 for Csco)...But the problem is that...I think,,,lot's of people(investors) feel this way too...therefore the risk elements are minimized(in many minds) if those two go to $39/$15 respectively. Real buyers will jump in for a partial position and shorts will stop shorting and few real sellers. So Amat will not go to $25..no $10 for Csco. Demand and supply rules.
