>> I personally think their next qtr. sales will be lower, gross margin will drop further, as will net income.

What is the basis for your prediction?

Jake: I'll take that challenge. I trust Warmenhoven when he said the bottom is behind them and they already saw strength going into July. That means to me that they are in recovery on the upside, Storage can not be deferred, either America is in business or not, either companies will compete with e-commerce or they will not be in business, that's a paraphrase of Jack Welch from GE. You know, even before the internet, if you wanted to be a supplier to Wal-Mart you had to do EDS electronic order and billing system, not paper, only electronically, It is still why Wal-Mart is number 1. Computer Associates (I sold CA, and hate the Corporate Execs for life for their strange stock option and other accounting issues) but, I agree with the Computer Associates busines model, if you can not do business with them completely on the internet, completely paperless THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. So the way of the World is now before us. It will be electronic. It will be wireless. It will see tremendous growth of handheld devices that compute, communicate, converge with telephony, the internet and computer networks. There will be more and more data, content, information and thus storage. Is it any wonder really why I am LONG and continue to BUY NTAP and PALM? I could say, why doesn't Mr. Bill hire me to replace his future idea guru Myhrvold, I can see farther than they can. Bumps in the Road ahead do not bother me. NTAP has what companies NEED and as Mr. Bill is fond of saying, you have to make people NEED YOU. 18 months from now we will all be happy we own NTAP, even 6 months from now, and for new buyers, 3 months from now. The future of NTAP will just get better and bigger. I will be buying all the way.
I am,
Truly your$,
