You obviously don't live in the Dulles Corridor(e.g. Reston, McLean) area of No.Va (home of AOL).
They obviously have a bubble there. You couldn't even get a shack there for $150k. After SF/San Jose, Manhattan, Boston, I would say No.Va. is certainly the most overvalued. I know people in the RE and construction business there and things are turning down for sure.
