Re: Contract protests

Anyone who has been involved with complex competitive bids under Federal procurement rules will tell you that post-award protests are pretty much a fixture of this process. Not that this helps in the short-term, but far more than is warranted has been read into this.

The only upside I see here is that this particular event may be the one to trigger the final telecom washout.
