Richard what do you think about TEE. Is it time to buy some?

Thanks Richard.

Another question relating to something I read about Doug Kass of Seabreeze partners and Bob Farrell of Merrill Lynch mentioning US real estate prices being the next phase of the bubble to unwind. Message 16233412

If there is a bubble in home real estate, what effect will that have on the REITS? I assume it depends on the sector each one is in, but I don't know how these things flow out from sector to sector. Thanks.
