if she's sick, it's probably partially because of her lifestyle, i.e. fad diet she advertises using, being over weight, not exercising and ripping people off. Cheating people would give a normal person a lot of stress. Sure she realizes what she is doing ir morally and ethically wrong. When you do bad things, bad things happen to you, such as bad health.

Don - Attacking somebody's personal appearance is about as low and small as it gets. Par for the course.
