Wanna_bmw, thread. I was just looking at pricewatch I noticed that the P4 1.4 has dropped alot too. Last week it was at $158 when the Athlon was in the low-mid $120's. Actually I had calculated that AMD was still trying the 25% off strategy and that the athlon would end up at $118.5. I did not count on Intel dropping the 1.4 as much. Now the 25% off is $105 so I think that's where the Athlon 1.4 is heading. I think the resellers have already factored in the Aug 27 price cuts. Constantine
