I have proven this chart to be as POINTLESS as it's poster. Please note who constructed this chart... Independent Energy Producers Association. I would be interested to hear just how you have proven this chart to be pointless. Did IEPA fabricate their numbers? Did you provide a source which shows they fabricated these numbers?

I bet The Independent Energy Producers Association got this information from documents released by the State. I don't believe the State disputes the prices, nor did the SMUD (according to your posting). Can you explain why SMUD charged prices HIGHER than the caps set by FERC (since they said that they sold power to the state only during peak loads and emergencies)?
