Zeev,Bob Schiller(of the book "Irrational Exuberance' and profesor at Yale and a specialist in Housing) has called the Housing market a bubble whose collapse will damage the economy worse than the tech bubble.This has been my view,so i feel good that this fellow is now saying the same(i got no book, got no degree in economics,but i do have my comic book collection:).Max
