Ted's been trying, but I understand the constraints there...I wrote him privately many months ago that CNBS better distance itself from all the crap that goes on on WS, and start some investigative reporting, and ferreting out inaccuracies, etc., for, if they don't look like they are on the side of the "little guy" going forward (ie. they want to look like they are part of the solution, not problem), by the time this thing's over, their ratings are going to go to hell (they may anyway by the time this is over...after all, bear markest end in boredom). Also, it is just the right thing to do (go after the scoundrals on WS).

I've found Ted to be courtesy and willing. As said, he's got a job to keep, and a family to feed, so there is only so much he can do. But he tries in interviews to be skeptical of "the game", and that's something for sure.

What is amazing is the recent Merrill Lynch commercial that trying to pawn off blame of the bubble on CNBS....Merrill are the biggest obnoxious crooks out there, and they are now running commercials (heard another, different radio ad the other day..same thing) as if they were "above it all", all-knowing and wise, during this bear....that the loser individual investor (is to blame), and they need ML's "expertise".......what a bunch of scam artists...

If they had any integrity whatsoever, they'd come out and say, "we were wrong, but this is why we think we are right now".

I am happy to take her to task.. only TOO happy... BUT she has to agree to appear with me.. and THAT may be the problem.

I have tried many a time to get her on and she has "not been available."

I am going to try again.
