Hi Shack,

According to this chart of the daily HUI... stockcharts.com[w,a]dicayymy[dc][pc5!c21!c50!c200!h.02,.20!i!f][vc60][iut!ul14!lc20!la12,26,9!lh14,3!lb14]

We have the following: The buying has increased & da bears are increasingly leaving the scene that they have dominated for the last 20 years or so (+DMI increasing & -DMI decreasing). What is very interesting about this chart from reading the indicators (I'll leave the patterns up to u), is that the ADX is signaling IMO a powerful trend that is just in it's infancy. (Note the SAR, RSI & MACd).

My only fear is this.... If the DOWS crashes intraday --- all bets are off for the short term for Gold stocks. (Everything will decline). Hopefully, the Dow will decline in manageable steps... if that happens & the US $ continues to decline, it will be one hell've a party for holders of Gold stocks.

Regards,
Peter
