The Clinton Administration, using rose colored glasses, projected that the business cycle was dead. Refunding the tax overcharge to the people who paid it is not "spending," unless one believes we live in a feudal society and all belongs to the King. Some might recall that this country broke away from the King (unlike many European countries, many of which still have their kings, and have been recently played up in the media as not being great fans of George Bush <vbg>).

You are kidding me. I can't believe they are predicting that much growth. I would be it will be closer to 2%, if we're lucky. Ah well. You can't blame him though. If he backed down, then his big win on lowering taxes will just wither away. I'd rather get all the taxes breaks he's trying to get us.
