Art, If the Oracle salesman told him that Oracle had the lowest prices, I don't see why he would have bothered to follow the law and get competitive bids. After all, the salesman had probably already told him only Oracle could provide what was needed. Everyone knows that Microsoft and, especially, IBM aren't real technology companies. Oracle was probably trusted because it was not a Texas company. ROTFLMAO. Scott
