Somehow I suspect your definition of fighting dirty and mine are different. Let us explore:

Let's say my daughter were in a room on the third story of a burning building. She is not aware of the fire that is rapidly overtaking the third floor and will imminantly consume her room. She lies on a couch calmly engrossed in a novel. A man much larger than me, also unaware of the problem, appears at the entrance of the building and forbids me to pass (I don't have the proper credentials). My pleading is of no use, he doesn't believe there is a fire and phisically blocks me. Would you permit me to physically move the man using any means effective.
