One of my favorite features of XP is "Remote Assistance". It basically allows you to take over a computer remotely through invitation only. I spend about 20 hours a month or more trying to help friends and family with their set up via phone. This will make things much easier for me and them. The anti-Microsoft whiners will view this as a security flaw. I view it as a God-send. Bob
