I think Jack Stephenson from InnerWorth asked all of the right questions, and I guess with my background in psychology, many years of introspection (a.k.a. asking myself "why did I @%!#$#$ up?"), and watching clients blow themselves up lead to a very good Q&A that brought out all the salient points.
