It does seem symmetry of thought was missing there depending on the names of the litigants.

The kind of thing common in discussions of religion, abortion and stocks.

In general, however, I find wanna_bmw reasonable. Perhaps he is trying to get himself promoted -- as PB apparently did.

I find the larger principle to be that of integrity, rather than righteousness. TGPTNDR gave a counter-example that I had to agree with, so I've humbled myself before him by admitting I was wrong. I don't find my underlying beliefs have been altered just because he proved that motherboard manufacturers cannot be held accountable for selling chips from VIA that haven't been granted a license.
