Yepper Chris, like I said, not investing here, just trading. Would have been cool to buy into the market back in 82 huh?? We bought our first house in 85, was a good investment. By the way, the housing crash people are talking about ain't going to happen for a while IMO. Too many baby boomers buying houses in a low interest rate environment, IMO. And mortgage rates busted under 7 last week. I'll bet there's many out there waiting for even lower rates before they even buy. Man, I did some travelling, I'm telling you, new houses and other construction is going up almost everywhere, and all around me. It's not going to stop yet, IMO. It's not all doom and gloom out there, unemployment is still under 5% and there's no inflation. It's only doom and gloom in the stock market, LOL, we had a bubble.
