I think I know the solution to your operational problem. You need to find one of the good assistants (I know you don't have one) and ask him or her for some help and tips.

Since it can't infringe on thier time you'll have to figure out a way but it will save you hours of processing time, never mind the head aches.

Sandy is not like Reed in investing in system infrastructure.
