Ramsey, my figures come from David Tice , manager of the Prudent Bear Fund which has been putting up rather impressive returns as of late. You're right, for every winner there is a loser, the ma &pa's of MBS, still a negative ramification that effects the system. Keep a watchful eye on Argentina, once they squander the latest IMF bailout of 9 billion, devaluation of there currency will reverberate throughout the whole global central bank system and then watch real estate markets go a tumblin.
