I know Long Point very well, as it is a very pretty, if perilous, place to drive for the view. (A lot of Annapolitans don't know where it is, since it is off the beaten path). Long Point is on the other side of the river, and down further, away from the Bay. I have lived in the area since college. My freshman year at St. John's was over a quarter of a century ago. It has built up since then, but most of it has been residential development and shopping centers on the outskirts....What NY suburb?

Small world. My husband grew up in Annapolis, out on Long Point.

Even smaller -- I went to college in Annapolis. St. John's, not the Navel Academy.
