Judging by Dell's continually rising market share, a LOT OF PEOPLE DO like ordering by mail.

Judging by Compaq's continual SLIDING MARKET SHARE, a lot of people DON'T LIKE buying off retail shelves.

I can't believe you can't grasp this simple fact.
