Most people vote their pocketbooks. In terms of Law, I think 98% of Judges will vote the status quo to preserve their jobs as Judges. Why should a Judge, in spite of all their education, be any different than the common man? Higher Education teaches you that this life is a rip off unless you are on the right side of the trade. These Judges rarely judge themselves. They are more common than you think.

Truth doesn't exist in American Society.

Law is a Joke in the U.S.A. If you got the money and don't hurt the System, you most likely will win if you got a good well connected Lawyer.

The Bush Budget is not all that different from Clinton's, if you look at it carefully. The teacher unions have gotten everything they wanted and more, from the Bush Budget. Bush talks like a conservative but he Acts very liberal.
