Isopatch, thanks for Iso's Rule# Sweet 16. I had noticed this phenomenon, but your rule has clarified it in my mind.
I would be interested in the rest of the set of rules if it really exists.

Do you have any thoughts on Palladium and Platinum? The metals have come down a lot but the South African (IMPAY and AAPTS) stocks are still at a high price relative to the metal.
