I guess I got you guys all pumped up after my lack luster proformance Friday. Yes I was excited Friday end of day and even though we did not run I have a good feeling we are about too. Longterm mortgage rates are finally coming down and this could have a direct impact on Consumers. We only have 6 (six) more months of uncertainty at best. The market has been down since March 2000 and if you count 20 month (which is the time I think is required)it gives you November 2001. So by January 2002 we will be well on our way to recovery. Think of it this way, 6 months is not very long if your buying at bargain prices. The bargain prices are around the corner, be patient.
