What an interesting life you've led.

My mother told me that Jim Morrison's grave in France is like that- weird stuff constantly shows up on it. My mother, in her late 70's when she visited the cemetery, was not at all impressed by the fact that Jim Morisson resided there.

I went to the video store this evening on a whim and I found Patrice Leconte's new film- Girl on the Bridge. I LOVE his films. Ridicule is one of my favorites- but Monsieur Hire, The Hairdresser's Husband, and The Widow of St Pierre were all wonderful.

The Girl on the Bridge was fantastic. If you have it in your video store make sure to rent it. I think your older daughter would like it. A lot of angst, but a happy ending. It is a very intriguing film.

I visited the site. Some people had partied there I guess, as there were a couple of beer bottles. But they weren't broken. Maybe just some people remembering...
