MM: No apologies necessary. I do come off a little heavy at times. I am just tired of all the AG-bashing and Monday morning quarterbacking. I agree with you that the next chapter in the drama is residential real estate price deflation. In fact I sold my (70% appreciated in 5 years) house last Wednesday. I disagree about gold. Gold is now just another commodity, imho, and future gold pricing will follow the cost of production of the marginal producer (i.e down). I believe we will see sub-$250 gold shortly.
