That sure is weird. The drop happens on a whole bunch of small (virtually all 100 share) trades, with the decline abruptly halting when someone put in a 20k bid at $4 and then stepped the bid steadily up. (I'm looking at this in Qcharts where you can filter stuff to see what's happening more easily).

Doesn't look like a short attack, because there weren't upticks during the decline. (But I suppose someone could have been boxed and then sold their long position, although this is technically prohibited).

I don't follow them, so I have no idea what the fundamentals surrounding this are.
