Hi stockmarket14; The Rambus conference call was quite explicit in that DDR SDRAM was included under their definition of SDRAM as far as the change in royalties that they had to give.

At the trial, it was declared that DDR didn't infringe Rambus patents, they didn't need the fraud to show that DDR escaped.

Part of the problem answering a Bilow post is that he will then post 100 messages back to you..
