JEB -- A month,, you ARE optomistic! Not much going for most companies earnings until Q2 '02 at the earliest. Earnings are not a concern here. Volume has dropped off faster than the price. Since institutions are not permitted by charter to buy penny stocks -- where will the vol come from to raise this puppy? After having bought so many times from 5 - 15 only to see it return to the $2 - 4 range again does not make them want to run back either. The lights probably will not go out for the company,, but have already dimmed greatly for the stock..
