The Clinton-era protections promised to millions of poor Medicaid patients using private health plans were too cumbersome to use. The new process is more streamlined and gives states extra flexibility in implementing procedures that will protect patients.
The previous Medicaid rules were too excessive

Oh well time for the vacant liberal minds to have another hissy fit. Once again President Bush is smart and mr. bill did not have sex with that woman one time to many.

Cheney hasn't been seen or heard from in months.
Hiding from prosecutors and congressional investigators already. Afraid to face the "we need 1900 new power plants" lie. Chicken Little turns plain chicken. Hoarding his 100 million rake-offs. Giving nothing to charity. Club Fed is where he belongs.
