Intel claims that VIA violated their patents by launching a chipset without a license. By what twisted logic can you justify claiming it should be the other way around?

If Via has the legal right to sell their P4 chipset, and Intel is bullying OEMs not to use it, Via should be able to sue for damages. Hope that helps un-twist things for you.
