If I remember correctly, they were near a 5 year record short of 112K spoo contracts 2 weeks or so before the Mar 22 low BUT they covered 16K the week before and then another 26K the week of that low, dropping 42K from their short position down to 70K over two weeks.

One of the few leading indicators for that low was the commercials covering those 40K. No sign this time.
