Yes I believe there is no constitutional right to privacy, or atleast no constitutional right called privacy that should properly be aplicable in these areas. Because no right to privacy is mentioned in the constitution. It does mention illegal search and seizure, but it doesn't mention privacy in general, let alone something that specifically would deal with contraception or abortion. And if contraception or abortion is protected because it is private, what about prostitution or taking drugs or sodomy? All of these things are or at least can be done in private but none of them are constitutionally protected either by the actual words in the constitution or by supreme court interpretation.
